<p>I don&#8217;t need an explanation of what the formula means, I know what it means, I just need a formula for i, and I&#8217;m not sure I remember the usage of logarithms to compute it, because what I come up with doesn&#8217;t seem to work.  This is not homework, this is for a personal finance project.  I&#8217;ve asked this before, but no one actually solves for i for some reason, can you do it?</p>
