…I’ve been hit by a train. My upper back and neck, and shoulders and elbows are sore. Mostly it feels like muscle pain, but maybe a bit of joint pain too. An hour after getting up, I usually feel better, but the discomfort is still there although much less than when waking up.
My blood looks good, with R Factor on the high but negative side.
I am worried that I have arthritis, and what I might do about it.
Anyone with these symptoms?
Also, I most always feel like my back needs to be “cracked” by a chropractor. I carry a lot of tension in the upper back.
Yes, I am 48 years old now! I know age related conditions are more likely, but I have always been active, although not on a regular basis.
So far I have not been limited in ability to do things.
Our mattress is new, as I thought it might be a factor. It helps a bit, but still the problem.
Going to try the pillow for support as I am a side sleeper most of the time.
I spend about 7 hours in bed for an average night. Sometimes longer and sometimes shorter. I do notice the longer I am in bed, the worse it is.
